Welcome to Enough Drama! If you love drama on stage but not in your life, you’re in the right place. We have age-appropriate, audience-tested plays in a variety of genres for your high school program.
I remember the frustrating hours I spent buying and reading dozens of plays that turned out to be inappropriate for my students. After several years of drama both on and off-stage, God graciously gave me the gift of writing plays which have been fun to perform and well-received by audiences. Now, I want to share that gift with others who find themselves in the same situation I was in.
Here’s how it works. Each play has a plot synopsis and summary of characters. After perusing the options, choose the play you want to purchase ( cost per play is $100). You will be sent a digital copy of the play. You may print as many copies as you need for your production. Feel free to make surface changes as your production requires (such as changing character names, doubling parts, etc.) If you want to make more significant changes (such as gender changes or plot changes), please contact Enough Drama directly for permission to do so. The purchase price of the play includes all royalties. You can even produce the play another year (I recommend at least 6 years later) at no added cost. I only ask that you credit me as the author on your program.
I hope you and your students have as much fun performing these plays as my students and I have over the years!
